  1.   Duration of Personal data retention

Your Personal data is kept for the time necessary to fulfil its purpose, in addition to the applicable legal prescription and legal recourse periods, in particular:

  • Data used for contact or prospecting purposes is deleted within three years of the withdrawal of consent;
  • Cookies are stored for thirteen months. At the end of this period, your consent must be renewed;
  • Video surveillance images are retained for one month;
  • Data related to the use of the Wi-Fi network in the shopping centre is retained for one year from the date of collection;
  • Data related to item lending is deleted as soon as they are returned;
  • Data related to passes is kept for three months;
  • Data related to the management of claims is kept for the time required to process the claim, plus the applicable limitation periods.

Stakeholders who may receive your Personal data are:

  • The authorised personnel of SCC, its subcontractors and partners;
  • Any authority, administration, court or government department within the framework of the legal and regulatory provisions in force.

 

  1.   Transfers outside the EU

The processing of your Data may give rise to transfers outside the European Union. In this case, SCC undertakes to implement the safeguards provided for by the GDPR:

– The EU Standard Contractual Clauses;

– The Binding Corporate Rules (BCR);

– The EU-US Privacy Shield in case of transfer to the United States.

SCC shall ensure the security and confidentiality of natural persons’ Data by implementing physical, technical and organisational security.

In particular access to physical data storage areas is protected. Access to the premises and services of the shopping centre is secured. Only authorised persons have access to data. In this sense, access to the network and applications is strictly controlled. Authentication procedures for users of digital media are also in place. Data may be subject to special protection (anonymisation, encryption, etc.).

SCC reserves the right to update the content of this Privacy Policy at any time and without notice. We invite you to consult it regularly.

In the event of changes requiring your consent, we will seek your consent in accordance with applicable law.
