Participants will be able to discover 2 fitness disciplines free of charge: Circuit Training and CAF.
The activity will be supervised by a qualified coach. Registration is compulsory and limited.
It is possible to sign up for 2 time slots:
– Session 1: from 5.45pm to 6.45pm
– Session 2: 6.45pm to 7.45pm
